The provision of goods and services by Foto First is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Foto First will refund the client in full within 7 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a cancellation fee of 10% of the value of the goods if the parcel has already left our premises. If cancellation is prior to shipment, no cancellation fee will apply. If you are unhappy with the products received and wish to return them, then please apply for a refund by sending an email to bretts@newteltron.co.za within seven days of receiving your goods, explaining the reasons for your request. All valid refunds will be subject to the return of the goods to Foto First where Foto First will arrange collection at no charge to the client.
